Rapid Response Motorcycle (RRM),an electric vehicle, is equipped with paramedic equipment for rapid provision of pre-hospital paramedical care and treatment to the public.

RRM will be tasked to respond to emergency ambulance calls. It copes with situation such as the responding ambulance is obstructed by traffic congestion, or cannot be readily responded to by ambulance due to non-availability in the area, or at location where access by ambulance is prohibited by road configuration, etc.
