Forward Command Car

Description	Forward Command Car is a designated fire appliance for the incident commander, usually an Assistant Divisional Officer. The fire appliance is an all-wheel drive vehicle design equipped with first strike capability in addition to the most advanced communication equipment.
Function	To serve as initial command post during major fire/emergency incident.
