“Building Improvement Community Support Team” (BICST)

In order to provide further support to the owners of target buildings under the Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance, starting from March 2024, the BICST will provide various assistances to the owners of target buildings, which include assisting the owners of target buildings to handle application of Fire Safety Improvement Works Subsidy Scheme (FSWS) and “Smart Tender” for carrying out Fire Safety Improvement Works.
