Use of cooking stoves
- Keep stove area clear of odds and ends, particularly flammable items.
- If abnormal combustion is noticed, switch off the stove immediately and perform inspection.
- Do not leave cooking unattended.
Handling or disposal of flammable items
- Extinguish cigarette ends completely before disposal.
- Do not smoke in bed.
- Burn joss sticks and joss papers inside a container. Ashes should be completely extinguished before disposal.
- Do not store excessive essential oils. Keep them in places without direct sunlight and out of the reach of children.
- Do not leave lit candles unattended.
- Do not place lit candles near beds or curtains.
Use of electrical appliances
- Plug only one universal adaptor in each socket outlet to prevent circuit overload.
- Switch off the power of electrical appliances which will not be used in a long period of time.
- Do not connect chargers/transformers to power supply for a long period of time. Unplug immediately after use.
- If a charger/transformer becomes overheat while in use, switch off the power immediately and unplug.
