A charge reflecting the cost of reproducing the records requested may be levied. Applicants will be informed in advance of the charge and will be free to pursue or withdraw the request.
Other than publications which are available free of charge or at cost specified, the charge for photocopying (Black and White) on A4 size paper will be HK$1.50 per photocopy for photocopies of the same document. (Notes: Photocopying made on both sides of a sheet is counted as two copies)
In this context, the term “document” usually means a booklet, a report, or an enclosure in a file .
The above charge is subject to revision from time to time .
