The pump has a typical three-car design, with seven cabins, each equipped with a single-person shutters. It is basically a water supply vehicle which meets the requirements of the "Join Committee of Design & Development" category B and is the main equipment of the Fire Services Department. Pumps must be sturdy and durable, so traditionally the Dennis chassis has been used, and in particular all components of the chassis are mounted on the vehicle.
