To assist the Assistant Director (Administration) in the overall management of civilian staff and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Administration Branch in:-

• Human resources management
• Recruitment and promotion
• Establishment
• General administration and staff relations
• Outsourcing

To assist the Assistant Director (Administration) in supervising the day-to-day operation of the Finance Section in:-

• Government financial reporting
• Financial planning and management
• Financial advice and support
• Conducting review on fees and charges

To assist the Assistant Director (Administration) in supervising the Official Languages Section to provide the following language support services to the department:-

• Translation, vetting and drafting of documents
• Advice on the use of official languages
• Rendering assistance in the organisation of language promotional activities
